Stefan Spill

Stefan is the founder and managing director of mmo-wear.com. Born in 1976 he started working alongside school education for desktop publishing companies at the age of 15. Followed by many different stations during his professional career in the information technology industry.
The first years after finishing military services he has been working as a sales manager for international operating companies like TISCALI and IONA TECHNOLOGIES. Followed by several freelancer tasks in the advertising and consultant industry.
Always being a gamer by heart, selling and advertising software wasn’t satisfying enough. So he started to work for the gaming industry to develop and release computer games. During his years with the Austrian publisher JoWooD his duties included the management of the quality assurance for over 30 full price products (Gothic II, Industry Giant II, Spellforce and many others). And ended up being the Producer for Silent Storm and other games.
Despite those challenging and time killing responisibilities he never lay down his affiliation with online computer games like Ultima Online and all the predecessors including the latest successor World of Warcraft from Blizzard.
So it was no surprise that the day had to come when he turns his face to this industry segment. Which finds its peak besides several assignments as a freelancer journalist in founding mmo-wear.com. With the intention to produce merchandise for all the MMO loving people out there Stefan faces his latest challenge.
